DOOARS – The Home of the Indian Gaur
Dooars is the other treasure that Bengal has, apart from the hills. Spread over a large part around the Indo-Bhutan borders this region consists of all the natural resources including the forest, rivers, wildlife and many more.
Gorumara, Chapramari, Buxa and other forest regions are the homeland for the wildlife like deers, tigers, bisons, elephants and other migratory birds that are specifically found in the winters. Without mentioning the special attraction of Dooars, the Indian Gaur, wildlife collection seems incomplete.
There are ample opportunities for you to go for trekking and nighttime adventures in the dark forest, apart from the picnics and other fun activities like bonfire which is a must-do in this region. Safari rides are available by the forest departments; however, our services include a lot of packages where we include special tours and chances of expeditions that might just give you the thrill that you are expecting.
