The distance between the two places is around 133 kilometers and takes roughly 5 hours of the road trip to reach there. You could visit the SNT in Siliguri where you can book a bus or a shared car provided by the Sikkim Department. There are options for car rental in Siliguri to Pelling which may cost you a little more than the tourist buses.

The road to Gangtok is around 116 kilometres and you have the option of taking a shared taxi, local bus or book your own car rental from Siliguri to Gangtok. You may also find few private taxis who charge you a reasonable price for reaching till Gangtok.
Route: IF you take your own car till Gangtok you must follow this route
Siliguri to Teesta bridge via NH 10, stoppage at Melli, Melli to Rangpo checkpoint, Follow the route till Gangtok vis Ranipool.

The distance till Lataguri would be around 68 kilometers and a two-hour road trip. The New Mal railway station is the nearest station till Lataguri and it cuts short the journey to around 1 hour from Siliguri.
Route: You can travel in either state bus or local bus. You can take a car hire from Siliguri to Lataguri, which would come with an option of an A.C or without one.
Take the SH12A and follow the Ambari Canal Rd, follow the Gajol Doba Rd via Canal Rd and Apalchand Forest. Follow the road from Rajadanga, Malbazar Rd and finally reach Lataguri.
